Abstract: The aim of the poster is to present a good practice example carried out by the Bjelovar Public Library. In the context of Sustainable Development Goals, the library has prepared a program called "Go Green" for the local community, which includes workshops, exhibitions, and lectures. The poster presents the practical application of programs that promote sustainable development and are intended for the entire local community. Starting from 2022, the "Go Green" initiative has unified all green programs offered by the Public library "Petar Preradović" in Bjelovar. The poster will encompass all the library's green programs and emphasize the importance of public libraries within the local community by promoting environmental literacy and climate change awareness among the population. The activities conducted through the "Go Green" program are not limited to library users but are open to the entire local community. An important addition to the program in 2022 was the creation of a Seed Library, the first one in Croatia, housed within the public library.
