Abstract: Kazakhstan National Electronic Library (KazNEB) was established in 2007. The electronic library became the first library state project and made a significant contribution to the development of Kazakhstani content on the Internet. All libraries of the country, state and public organizations, individual authors take part in filling and expanding the electronic fund of KazNEB. Currently, the content consists of over 70,000 documents. There are users from 100 countries of the world. Significance of KazNEB: Preservation and digitalization of the national cultural heritage; Accessibility of digital resources regardless of distance or time; Contributes to the enhancement of scientific research; Promotes education and culture by providing a wide range of educational materials and information resources. Electronic services of KazNEB: Free access to full texts without authorization and user registration; Displaying documents in collections by subject, document type, period, author; Simple, advanced, full-text search, refinement of search results; Simultaneous search in online catalogs of libraries in Kazakhstan.
