| dc.description.abstract | Овој документ го претставува патоказот на патувањето на ИФЛА од Визија до Стратегија до Акција. Тоа е резултат на единствениот инклузивен пристап – Глобалната визија на ИФЛА – која започна во март 2017. Ангажирајќи десетици илјади библиотекари и информациски работници од над 190 земји во разговори за силата и можностите на библиотекарството, Визијата обезбеди енергија и претставуваше ѕвезда водилка за оваа Стратегија. Врз овие темели, стручните тела и Управниот одбор на ИФЛА, работејќи со тимот од седиштата, го развија овој документ, правејќи, исто така проценка на постојните потенцијали на ИФЛА и нејзината посветеност на Целите за одржлив развој на Обединетите нации.
