    Directrices sobre desarrollo de habilidades informativas para el aprendizaje permanente

    Las Directrices Internacionales sobre Desarrollo de Habilidades Informativas han sido compiladas por la Sección de Alfabetización Informativa (InfoLit), de la Federación Internacional de Asociaciones e Instituciones Bibliotecarias (IFLA), con el propósito de proporcionar una marco de referencia pragmático para aquellos profesionales de la información que necesitan o están interesados en iniciar o reforzar un programa de desarrollo de habilidades informativas (DHI). Las directrices son útiles para profesionales de la información que trabajan en programas para el desarrollo de competencias informativas de educación básica y educación superior en sus esfuerzos por cubrir sus necesidades actuales de información.. Sin embargo, la mayoría de los conceptos, principios y procedimientos de estas directrices pueden ser aplicados, a cualquier tipo de bibliotecas, con solo adaptaciones mínimas. Los profesionales de la información que trabajan en bibliotecas deben tener como uno de sus principales objetivos institucionales el fomento y facilitación de la adquisición de competencias informativas por parte de sus usuarios. Las habilidades de la información son vitales para el éxito del aprendizaje permanente, el empleo y la comunicación interpersonal cotidiana de cualquier ciudadano, desde una persona que necesita información sobre servicios de salud para alguien a su cuidado, hasta un estudiante que requiere información específica para completar una tarea escolar.

    Les Directrius Internacionals sobre l’Alfabetització Informacional han estat compilades per la Secció d’Alfabetització Informacional (InfoLit) de la Federació Internacional d’Associacions de Bibliotecaris i Biblioteques (IFLA) amb el propòsit de proporcionar una estructura pràctica per a aquells professionals de la informació que necessiten o estan interessats a endegar un programa d’alfabetització informacional. Les Directrius ajudaran els professionals de la informació que treballen en programes educatius d’educació bàsica i educació superior en les seves iniciatives per cobrir els actuals requisits d’alfabetització informacional. Amb tot, la majoria d’aquests conceptes, principis i procediments és aplicable, amb uns mínims ajustos, a qualsevol tipus de biblioteca. Els professionals de la informació que treballen a biblioteques de tota mena han de tenir com a un dels seus principals objectius institucionals poder orientar els esforços dels usuaris en l’adquisició de competències formatives. Aquestes habilitats són vitals per a l’aprenentatge permanent, la inserció laboral i la comunicació interpersonal quotidiana de qualsevol ciutadà, des d’una persona que necessita informació sobre serveis sanitaris per a algú de qui en tingui cura, fins a un estudiant que necessita informació específica per tal de completar una tasca.

    As Diretrizes sobre Desenvolvimento de Habilidades em Informação foram elaboradas pela Seção de Habilidades em Informação (InfoLit), da Federação Internacional de Associações e Instituições Bibliotecárias (IFLA), com o propósito de proporcionar uma estrutura prática para os profissionais da informação que sentem a necessidade ou estão interessados em iniciar um programa de desenvolvimento de habilidades em informação. As diretrizes ajudarão aos profissionais da informação que trabalham em programas educativos de educação fundamental e educação superior em seus esforços para atender aos requisitos de habilidades em informação na atualidade. Inclusive, a maioria dos conceitos, princípios e procedimentos apresentados pode ser aplicada em qualquer tipo de biblioteca, com pequena adequação. Os profissionais da informação que atuam em bibliotecas de natureza vária devem ter como um dos seus principais objetivos institucionais a orientação dos usuários para dirigirem seus esforços na aquisição de competências em informação. Estas habilidades são vitais para a aprendizagem permanente, podendo ser utilizadas para a comunicação interpessoal cotidiana de qualquer cidadão, desde uma pessoa que precisa de informação sobre serviços de saúde para alguém a seus cuidados até um estudante que busca encontrar informação específica para completar uma atividade.

    Garispanduan Antarabangsa Mengenai Literasi Maklumat telah disusun oleh Seksyen Literasi Maklumat (Information Literacy Section (InfoLit), International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) dengan tujuan menyediakan satu rangka kerja pragmatik bagi para profesional yang memerlukan atau yang berminat memulakan suatu program literasi maklumat. Garispanduan ini akan membantu para profesional maklumat yang terlibat dengan program pendidikan, iaitu, pendidikan asas dan tinggi, dalam usaha mereka untuk mem enuhi keperluan maklumat semasa. Walau bagaimana pun, kebanyakan konsep, prinsip dan prosedur boleh digunakan dalam mana-mana persekitaran perpustakaan dengan sedikit penyesuaian. Para profesional maklumat yang bekerja di dalam kesemua jenis perpustakaan harus mempermudahkan usaha-usaha para pengguna untuk memperolehi kecekapan maklumat sebagai salah satu matlamat utama institusi. Kemahiran maklumat amat penting kepada kejayaan pembelajaran sepanjang hayat, pekerjaan, dan komunikasi interpersonal harian mana-mana warganegara, seperti ketika seseorang itu memerlukan maklumat mengenai perkhidmatan kesihatan untuk seseorang dalam penjagaannya, atau seorang pelajar memerlukan maklumat khusus untuk menyiapkan suatu penilaian.

    Guidelines on Information Literacy for Lifelong Learning

    The International Guidelines on Information Literacy have been compiled by the Information Literacy Section (InfoLit) of the International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) with the aim of providing a pragmatic framework for those professionals who need or are interested in starting an information literacy program. The guidelines will aid information professionals engaged in educational programs, i.e., basic and higher education, in their efforts to meet their current information needs. However, most of the concepts, principles and procedures can be applied with minimal adaptation to any library setting. Information professionals working in all types of libraries should have as one of their main institutional goals the facilitation of users’ efforts to acquire information competencies. Information skills are vital to the success of lifelong learning, employment, and daily interpersonal communication of any citizen, such as when a person needs information about health services for someone in his/her care, or a student requires specific information to complete an assessment.

    La stesura delle Linee Guida internazionali sull’Information Literacy (IL), è stata effettuata da Infolit, la Sezione per l’IL dell’IFLA, con lo scopo di fornire un punto di riferimento a quei professionisti che necessitano di, o sono interessati ad attivare un progetto di Information Literacy. Per i professionisti dell’informazione coinvolti in programmi educativi - sia nell’educazione di base sia di livello superiore - le Linee Guida costituiranno un supporto per risolvere i loro problemi più comuni. In ogni caso molti concetti, principi e procedure possono essere facilmente interpretati per l’utilizzo in qualsiasi contesto bibliotecario. I professionisti dell’informazione attivi in ogni tipo di biblioteca, dovrebbero avere infatti come uno dei loro obbiettivi istituzionali quello di facilitare gli utenti nell’acquisizione di competenze informative. Le abilità informative sono vitali per il successo dell’apprendimento lungo tutto il corso della vita, per lo svolgimento dell’attività lavorativa e per la comunicazione interpersonale quotidiana di ogni cittadino, nel caso in cui per esempio si cercano informazioni mediche per una persona di cui ci si occupa o per completare un lavoro quando si studia.

    Kompetencje informacyjne w procesie uczenia się przez całe życie Wytyczne

    Międzynarodowe Wytyczne dotyczące kompetencji informacyjnych zostały opracowane przez Sekcję Information Literacy działającą w strukturach IFLA. Celem tego opracowania jest dostarczenie praktycznych podstaw bibliotekarzom zainte-resowanym programami z zakresu information literacy. Wytyczne mają wspomóc bibliotekarzy zaangażowanych w programy edukacyjne (na poziomie szkół i uczelni) w ich wysiłkach na rzecz zaspokajania potrzeb informacyjnych użytkowników. Większość koncepcji, zasad i procedur oma-wianych w tej publikacji może być łatwo zaadaptowana w każdej bibliotece. Bibliotekarze pracujący we wszystkich typach placówek powinni stawiać sobie za jeden z głównych celów pomoc użytkownikom chcącym pogłębiać swoje kompetencje informacyjne. Dla każdego obywatela umiejętności informacyjne są klu-czowe dla osiągnięcia sukcesu w procesach: uczenia się przez całe życie, zatrudnienia, i codziennej komunikacji międzyludzkiej.

    Die Internationalen Richtlinien zur Informationskompetenz wurden von der Sektion Informationskompetenz (InfoLit) der International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA) mit dem Ziel zusammengestellt, einen pragmatischen Rahmen für alle zu schaffen, die ein Programm zur Informationskompetenz benötigen oder ein entsprechendes Projekt starten wollen. Die Richtlinien sollen Informationsspezialistinnen und -spezialisten1, die in Bildungsprogrammen arbeiten - zum Beispiel in der Primar- oder Sekundarstufe - in ihren Bemühungen unterstützen, ihren jeweiligen Informationsbedarf zu decken. Die meisten Konzepte, Grundsätze und Verfahren können mit nur geringfügiger Anpassung in jeder Bibliothek angewendet werden. Für Informationsspezialisten in allen Bibliothekstypen sollte ein zentrales institutionelles Ziel darin liegen, die Benutzer bei der Aneignung von Informationskompetenzen zu unterstützen. Informationsfertigkeiten sind unerlässlich für den Erfolg Lebenslangen Lernens, für jede berufliche Tätigkeit und die tägliche zwischenmenschliche Kommunikation - so zum Beispiel für denjenigen, der Informationen über gesundheitliche Leistungen für einen pflegebedürftigen Angehörigen benötigt, oder für den Studenten, der für das Bestehen einer Aufnahmeprüfung spezifische Informationen braucht.

    Οι Διεθνείς Κατευθυντήριες Οδηγίες για την Πληροφοριακή Παιδεία συντάχθηκαν από το Τμήμα Πληροφοριακής Παιδείας ( Information Literacy Section-InfoLit) της Παγκόσμιας Ομοσπονδίας Βιβλιοθηκονομικών Ενώσεων και Ιδρυμάτων (International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions-IFLA) με σκοπό την εξασφάλιση ενός ρεαλιστικού πλαισίου για τους επαγγελματίες εκείνους που χρειάζονται ή ενδιαφέρονται να ξεκινήσουν ένα πρόγραμμα πληροφοριακής παιδείας. Οι κατευθυντήριες οδηγίες θα βοηθήσουν τους επαγγελματίες της πληροφόρησης, που εμπλέκονται σε εκπαιδευτικά προγράμματα π.χ. στη βασική ή την ανώτερη εκπαίδευση, στην προσπάθειά τους να καλύψουν τις τρέχουσες πληροφοριακές τους ανάγκες. Ωστόσο, οι περισσότερες από τις έννοιες, τις αρχές και τις διαδικασίες αυτές μπορούν με ελάχιστη προσαρμογή να εφαρμοστούν σε οποιοδήποτε περιβάλλον βιβλιοθήκης (library setting). Οι επαγγελματίες της πληροφόρησης, που εργάζονται σε όλα τα είδη βιβλιοθηκών, θα πρέπει να έχουν ως έναν από τους κύριους στόχους του ιδρύματός τους τη διευκόλυνση των χρηστών στις προσπάθειές τους για την απόκτηση πληροφοριακής επάρκειας (competencies). Οι πληροφοριακές δεξιότητες (skills) είναι ζωτικής σημασίας για την επιτυχημένη δια βίου μάθηση, για την απασχόληση και για την καθημερινή διαπροσωπική επικοινωνία κάθε πολίτη, όπως για παράδειγμα όταν ένα άτομο χρειάζεται πληροφορίες για υπηρεσίες υγείας, που αφορούν κάποιο προστατευόμενο μέλος, ή όταν ένας φοιτητής χρειάζεται συγκεκριμένη πληροφορία για να ολοκληρώσει μία εργασία.

    Международное Руководство по информационной грамотности подготовлено Сектором информационной грамотности Международной федерации библиотечных ассоциаций и учреждений (ИФЛА) в качестве практической основы деятельности для специалистов, нуждающихся или заинтересованных в организации программ по информационной грамотности. Руководство поможет специалистам в области информации, осуществляющих современные образовательные программы (в частности, в сфере среднего и высшего образования). Вместе с тем, большинство изложенных концепций, принципов и методов может быть использовано с минимальной адаптацией в любой библиотечной среде. Помощь пользователям в приобретении информационных компетенций - одна из главных профессиональных целей специалистов в области информации, работающих в библиотеках любого типа. Умения использования информации являются залогом успеха в обучении на протяжении всей жизни, в профессиональной деятельности и в повседневном межличностном общении для любого гражданина (например, когда человеку требуется информация о медицинских услугах для лица, находящегося на его попечении, или учащемуся нужна специальная информация для выполнения задания и т.д.)
