    This webinar was co-organized by IFLA Continuing Professional Development and Workforce Learning (CPDWL) Section and New Professionals Special Interest Group (NPSIG). The main goals was to help our exhausted library workers serving exhausted library patrons, sharing resources on how library workers are dealing with burnout, anxiety, acute levels of stress caused by the pandemic and civil conflict. Speakers shared examples of solutions on how we can work together to build networks and support each other.
