dc.description.abstractThe Section on Education and Training virtaul meeting convened 10 December 2021. The Chair gave an update on the Action Plan (submitted on Nov. 1, 2021). There was a call for participation in SET Training School and for participation in BSLISE. BSLISE continues its work with LIS student interns as well among other activities. Also, there was a call for participation in “A Webinar Series for LIS Students” as well as a call for participation in the SET & KM working group. The LIS Education in Developing Countries provided an update on the webinar series and solicited additional webinar topics. There was an Communication Plan for SET and solicitation for articles for the SET newsletter.en_US
