The run up to the award includes workshops on everything from consistent file naming to creating efficient and reusable code for cloud-computing needs and are open to anyone in the community. These sessions also highlight the FAIR, CARE, and FAIREST principles, encouraging members of our community to reflect on these principles. The award ceremony itself is organized by a small group of collaborators from the Dartmouth Libraries and Research Computing who coordinate the call for applications, recruit and communicate with reviewers, and create and maintain a rubric used to review submissions for the award. The award ceremony includes a panel discussion with our top applicants, who have been thrilled to see their work recognized and to have the opportunity to connect with others in the community who value the effort involved in creating and maintaining open research processes. This program is encouraging a pipeline of mentoring at Dartmouth to support open research culture, and ensure global access to cutting edge research and research workflows.enghttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/Open scienceOpen accessFAIR dataResearch data managementCollaborationMentoringDartmouth OSCARRs: Celebrating Open Scholarship and ReproducibilityPostersLilly E.
