They think they are socompetent enough that they can train their parents on how to use the Internet. However, some studies have indicated that they are not successful in finding information, or using online catalogues and digital references in the Internet. They may get lost in the digital environment where a wide range of information is available. Therefore, they need an expert who is able to help them with their required information, as well as a space where they can ask their questions.
