The focus of LibSpeak as a catalyst for change is reinforcing professional development and leadership skills of librarians, teachers, staff, students, and the community. In this digital revolution, librarians must upskill and continuously learn in the future. As librarians and leaders of tomorrow, our responsibilities and tasks go beyond the four walls of the library. Also, through this programme, librarians and libraries design sustainable, resilient, creative, and inclusive activities and services that provide a positive impact on society. The topics include, but are not limited to, Library and Information Science, Media and Information Literacy (MIL), Literature, Reading, Copyright/ Intellectual Property Rights, AI, Educational Technology, the Internet of Things (IOT), Research, Bibliotherapy, Excellent Customer Service, Future-Ready Librarians, and others. Moreover, LibSpeak highlights the library as a dynamic hub for innovation, sustainable development, and changemakers. Therefore, LibSpeak transforms and empowers librarians to be radical learners, visionary leaders, actively responsive to future challenges, and solidifies the importance of the library profession as an agent of social change.enghttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/LeadershipProfessional developmentLifelong learningSocial changeSchool librariesLibrariansLibSpeak: Catalyst for ChangePostersAngelica Amio
