We respond to global challenges of implementing AI with cultural awareness, interdisciplinary sensitivity cognitive responsibility. Working with a diverse student population, we recognize students bring varied levels of AI literacy, experiences, and expectations into academic work. These differences underscore the need for clear, accessible, and equitable guidance. We help students from diverse backgrounds access consistent expectations, practices, and resources aligned with institutional guidelines. PROTECTING COGNITION WHILE EMBRACING INNOVATION Our work addresses cognitive offloading. Research (Kosmyna et al.,2024; Lee et al., 2025) shows AI reliance can create "cognitive debt" and reduce critical thinking. Through our THE1004: Learning to Learn program, we've reached over 5,000 learners. 91% successfully identified core concepts and 92% rated the course good or excellent. IMPACT IN NUMBERS In 2024-2025, we embedded AI-integrated information literacy across 20+ programs spanning 10 disciplines. Our work has been cited in international publications (Xu & Loo, 2025; Wu et al, 2025).
