An issue involving Spanish libraries was raised, along with the need to integrate GTBIB with RSCVD. Regarding funding for the IFLA Impact and Innovation Fund the application was successfully submitted. Next up were updates on the IFLA ILDS Conference: all of the paper and poster proposals have been notified of acceptance or rejection; several members of the RSCVD and DDRS committees are presenting papers; early bird registration has been extended to 19 May; the deadlines for submitting posters and papers have been set. The discussion continued with a report on RSCVD diffusion activities (webinar for Bulgarian libraries, IFLA DDRS committee webinar about international ILL shipping challenges, ILDS conference promotion in Latin America). The ongoing debate focused on the critical issues surrounding the IFLA e-vouchers and Controlled Digital Lending. Finally, it was proposed to promote RSCVD in the IFLA DDRS newsletter and through participation in the ILL Toolkit.enghttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/Electronic document deliverySoftware toolsMinutes of Meeting: RSCVD Steering Committee, 06 May 2026Minutes of MeetingInternational Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA)
