Furthermore, a discussion took place about WLIC 2023 and specifically on updates about the plans for regional hubs and planning for regional sessions during WLIC 2023. Subsequently, effective working practices were discussed, especially meeting practices, communications, emerging leaders and sub-groups. Regarding planning for the Committees' transition, discussion took place about how to support the induction of the next Regional Council and Regional Division Committees, including a transition planning, the rerun of IFLA Regional Advocacy Priorities Survey and a brief overview of IFLA nominations results till date.
