Focusing on stamps, it combines reading with popular stamp-collecting culture, transforms cultural knowledge into intuitive images and symbols and create diverse reading environments. It encourages citizens to access public library services and foster reading culture across individuals, families and communities. We offer three personalized reading services: parent-child art reading, interactive social reading and online reading promotion via TikTok、WeChat Channels、RedBook. We fully tap into the empowering potential of libraries as the third space to advance varied reading through three core paths: Fostering Literacies, Placemaking and Weaving Communities. Adhering to minimal investment, easy scalability and great results, Stamp Library connects numerous libraries across regions and extends reading services to cultural venues, museums, tourist attractions, bookstores, communities, schools, families and post offices in diverse settings.It has attracted over 65,000 online views and more than 1.25 million in-person participants. Stamp Library effectively transforms library spaces and services, meets public diverse reading needs and boosts their social influence. It perfectly reflects the idea that libraries are evolving to better serve users in a changing world.
