The project connects users with selected library resources using AI-assisted personalised recommendations that match their emotional needs and encourage reading as a tool for reflection, healing, and self-care. The user journey begins when users share their emotions or concerns with the AI bibliotherapy companion, which recommends suitable materials from the library's collection. Through the Read, Relax, and Reflect approach, users develop emotional resilience and personal awareness through guided reading activities. Pilot findings showed positive engagement with 403 visitors, 125 feedback responses, a satisfaction rating of 4.5/5, and an average resource checkout and renewal rate of 2.6 times. The initiative highlights how AI transforms library services by making collections more accessible as mental wellness resources. It strengthens the library's role in supporting well-being, lifelong learning, innovation, and partnerships while contributing to SDG 3, SDG 4, SDG 9, and SDG 17. This innovative initiative reimagines libraries as inclusive spaces that nurture emotional wellness through technology, empathy, and accessible reading solutions.enghttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/BibliotherapyArtificial intelligenceMental healthReading promotionLifelong learningInnovation3R: Read, Relax, ReflectPostersAngeline Anak BisaDayang Norsheila Binti Abang MohtarNorjuriah Binti RamliMohd Sulfri Bin Mohd HarisWan Abdul Rahman Bin Wan Bujang
