The discussion began with the project of archiving materials in the Dalia repository. It was decided to archive all materials (conferences, statistics, publications) in Dalia, with the exception of meeting minutes, which will be stored in the IFLA repository and linked from Dalia. The meeting continued with updates on Talaria's new features (notifications) and translations. Once the development of the new features has been completed, a final pre-release version will be prepared for testing before moving to production. The talk then focused on the RSCVD's nomination for the ALA Award for Innovative International Library Projects to a non-U.S. organization. The CNR meets the requirements, but it is better if the application comes directly from the candidates themselves and includes testimonials from various countries, given that the previous application submitted by the RSCVD was not successful. Finally, Katia Medawar summarized the work of the Scientific Committee for the 19th ILDS Conference and She encouraged RSCVD members to present and participate in the ILDS conference.engInternational Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA)https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/Document deliveryElectronic document deliveryResource sharingDigital accessDigital library servicesDigital inclusionSoftware toolsMinutes of Meeting: RSCVD Steering Committee, 04 February 2026Minutes of MeetingInternational Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA)
