This bridges work both around the future of internet governance (notably the Roadmap for Digital Cooperation, and now preparations for the Global Digital Compact), and the wider work towards the Summit of the Future (based on Our Common Agenda in 2021). Given how high a profile this idea has, it is useful to understand what it means, and how libraries can draw on it as part of their own advocacy.
