In today's world, the digital revolution has profoundly reshaped the operations of organizations across every sector, including the government sector. Artificial intelligence has emerged as a powerful force multiplier, capable of processing vast volumes of data, delivering deep analytical insights, and generating trend forecasts that support better decision-making - ultimately raising the bar for operational quality, transparency, and public accountability. Last year, The Secretariat of The Senate had supported a research fund to a scholarly Chatchai W. et al to research in "Leveraging Digital Technology and Artificial Intelligence to Enhance the Operational Efficiency of the Senate" which published in February 2026, the research report the problem and gap in many topics. From the paper, we plan to close the problems and gaps that shown in the paper as a pain point and develop by using a design thinking model to identify challenges through targeted AI-driven solutions. Thai Senate's approach offers trials for parliamentary institutions navigating AI adoption. This presentation contributes practical methods about how we can lead transformation -responsibly, transparently, and in service of democratic governance.enghttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/Artificial intelligenceLegislative librariesDigital strategiesTransparencyInnovationGovernment accountabilityForm a research paper "Leveraging Digital Technology and Artificial Intelligence to Enhance the Operational Efficiency of the Senate" to a practiceEvents materialtSangduen Pongput
