Key decisions included enabling electronic voting at the General Assembly, appointing members to the Finance & Risk Committee and FAIFE, and approving financial measures such as accepting Dutch government COVID aid and appointing a new auditor. The Board also addressed WLIC planning, IT solutions, and support for the Ukrainian Library Association.
