dc.description.abstractتهدف هذه الوثيقة إلى لفت انتباه المهنيين إلى أهمية الاستثمار في التطوير والمحافظة على الخبرة المهنية لدى الموظفين .والمقصود من هذا البرنامج هو تقديم المشورة والنصح للأفراد والجمعيات والمؤسسات لدعمها في جهودها الرامية إلى ضمان التعلم المستمر لكوادر من المنتظر أن تكون مؤهلة بشكل جيد لتقديم خدمات ممتازة للمستفيدين .أما الجمهور المعني بهذه الارشادات والمبادئ، فيضم المهنيين العاملين في مجال المكتبات والمعلومات وكذلك أولئك الذين يتحملون المسؤولية لتقديم الخبرات التعليمية وتقديم و /أو تشجيع التطوير المهني المستمر والتعلم في العمل . كما أن هذه الوثيقة، بقدر ما تركز في المقام الأول على المكتبات، فإنها ً اضيأ تنطبق على المهنيين العاملين في مجال المعلومات خارج البيئات التقليدية المتعارف عليهاen_US
