| dc.description.abstract | تُثل هذه الوثيقة العلامة البارزة في رحلة الإفلا من الرؤية الى الاستراتيجية الى العمل. وهي نتيجة لعملية . شاملة ومميزة وهي – رؤية الإفلا العالمية- والتي تم إطلاقها في مارس 2017 فمن خلال اشراك عشرات الآلاف من العاملين في مجال المكتبات والمعلومات من أكثر من 190 دولة في نقاش حول نقاط القوة والفرص الموجودة في مجال المكتبات، اشعلت تلك الرؤية طاقة قوية، وأصبحت تُثل الضوء المرشد في تكوين هذه الاستراتيجية. وعلى هذا الأساس، قامت الوحدات المهنية للإفلا ومجلس الإدارة، بالتعاون مع فريق العمل بالمقر الرئيسي للإفلا، بإعداد تلك الوثيقة استنادًا على تقييم مواطن القوة الموجودة بالفعل في الإفلا والتزامها بأهداف . التنمية المستدامة للأمم المتحدة، والتي قد تم اعتمادها من قبل مجلس إدارة الإفلا بتاريخ 12 ابريل 2019 | en_US |
