    Society without boundaries
(International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA), 2023-10-08) Galinec, Karlo
The poster shows the influence of the library on the local community through its influence on different deprived groups and the importance of cooperation and their inclusion in the programs and activities carried out by the library. It connects the need for the education of librarians outside the narrow librarian field with different professional and scientific disciplines. Through the communication and synergy of librarianship with UX, robotics, and the entertainment industry of games as some examples in addition to the traditional function, the increasing entry into other areas and the involvement of librarians through education and action on deprived groups who are not able to meet new technologies, to be educated within their area of interest, to provide elementary knowledge of using new technologies. The library is the heart of local communities. It connects different people from different social groups without any kind of judgment. Promoting SDTs through library activities, spreading goals and values among local society, and encouraging awareness of the needs of socially deprived people, people with special needs, blind and visually impaired people, and seniors as target groups that the library focuses on.
