    IFLA-UNESCO School Library Manifesto 2025 Poster
    (International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA), 2025-05-12) International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA); Hopley, Ceire
    The IFLA-UNESCO School Library Manifesto 2025 is an updated edition of the former IFLA/Unesco School Library Manifesto: The school library in teaching and learning for all (1999). The new edition reflects the many changes in technology, society and education, and represents an important and useful tool for school library advocacy for quality and inclusive education. The text is the outcome of a collaborative work within IFLA, IASL and the global school library community. It was jointly released in English by the IFLA School Libraries Section Standing Committee and the IASL - International Association of School Librarianship on the 12th of September 2021, and approved by the IFLA Governing Board on the 17th of April 2023. It was further approved in the 13th Session of the Intergovernmental Council of UNESCO's Information for All Programme (IFAP) in April 2025.

    Il Manifesto IFLA-UNESCO per la Biblioteca Scolastica 2025 è un’edizione aggiornata del precedente Manifesto IFLA/UNESCO per la Biblioteca Scolastica: La biblioteca scolastica nell'insegnamento e nell'apprendimento per tutti (1999). La nuova edizione riflette i profondi cambiamenti avvenuti nella tecnologia, nella società e nell'istruzione, e rappresenta uno strumento importante e utile per promuovere la biblioteca scolastica a favore di un'educazione di qualità e inclusiva. Il testo è il risultato di un lavoro collaborativo all'interno dell'IFLA, della IASL e della comunità globale delle biblioteche scolastiche. È stato pubblicato congiuntamente in lingua inglese dal Comitato permanente della Sezione Biblioteche Scolastiche dell’IFLA e dalla IASL – International Association of School Librarianship – il 12 settembre 2021, approvato dal Consiglio Direttivo dell'IFLA il 17 aprile 2023 e successivamente approvato nella 13a sessione del Consiglio intergovernativo del Programma UNESCO “Information For All Programme” - IFAP [Informazione per tutti] nell'aprile 2025.

    Manifesto Perpustakaan Sekolah IFLA-UNESCO 2025 merupakan edisi terkini yang dikemas kini daripada IFLA/UNESCO School Library Manifesto: The school library in teaching and learning for all (1999). Edisi baharu ini mencerminkan pelbagai perubahan dalam teknologi, masyarakat dan pendidikan, serta menjadi alat penting dan bermanfaat dalam advokasi perpustakaan sekolah bagi memastikan pendidikan yang berkualiti dan inklusif. Teks ini merupakan hasil kerjasama antara IFLA, IASL dan komuniti perpustakaan sekolah global. Manifesto ini telah dilancarkan bersama dalam bahasa Inggeris oleh Jawatankuasa Tetap Seksyen Perpustakaan Sekolah IFLA dan IASL – International Association of School Librarianship pada 12 September 2021, dan telah diluluskan oleh Lembaga Pentadbiran IFLA pada 17 April 2023. Ia kemudiannya turut diluluskan dalam Sesi ke-13 Majlis Antara Kerajaan bagi Program Maklumat untuk Semua (IFAP) UNESCO pada April 2025.
