Item Directrius de l'IFLA sobre el servei d'informació digital(Col·legi Oficial de Bibliotecaris-Documentalistes de Catalunya, 2011-03) IFLA Reference and Information Services Section; Jaques, Ceci; Pons, Amadeu; Torn, Pep; Vela, NoraThe purpose of these guidelines is to promote digital reference best practices on an international basis. The online environment is uniquely suited to consortial models of work and to the development of shared resources. Libraries in different countries may have different traditions of public service, which both affect their current reference practices and their patrons' expectations. But it is also important to recognize that new technologies will enable librarians to redefine the scope of their public services. These guidelines attempt to create some common standards from diverse traditions in the hope that this will allow the worldwide community of librarians to freely explore the possibilities. Some issues raised in these guidelines may ultimately warrant additional consideration and expansion-issues such as the management of change: how does the administrator of a digital reference project mitigate the impact of new models of work on an institution's staff, schedule, and clients? Additional work might also be done to determine the exact funding requirements for these efforts in a variety of different communities, with respect to staffing, resource acquisition, and equipment.Item IFLA Digital Reference Guidelines(International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA), 2014-07) IFLA Reference and Information Services SectionThe purpose of these guidelines is to promote digital reference best practices on an international basis. Item IFLA Dijital referans rehberi(International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA), 2013-06) IFLA Reference and Information Services Section; Gürbüz, MuhittinBu rehberin amacı, uluslararası ortamda en iyi dijital referans uygulamalarının yapılmasını teşvik etmektir. Item IFLA Richtlinien Digitale Auskunft(International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA), 2014-07) IFLA Reference and Information Services Section; Schwersky, UweDiese Richtlinien sollen Best Practices im Bereich Digitale Auskunft auf internationaler Ebene fördern. (International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA), 2004-06) IFLA Reference and Information Services SectionThe purpose of these guidelines is to promote digital reference best practices on an international basis. Item Recomandările IFLA cu privire la referințele digitale(International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA), 2011-03) IFLA Reference and Information Services Section; Kiriakov, MarianaThe purpose of these guidelines is to promote digital reference best practices on an international basis. Item Κατευθυντηριες οδηγιες της IFLA για την ψηφιακη(International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA), 2008-03) IFLA Reference and Information Services Section; Semertzaki, EvaΣκοπός αυτών των κατευθυντηρίων οδηγιών είναι να προωθήσουν ορθές πρακτικές ψηφιακής πληροφόρησης σε διεθνή βάση. (International Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA), 2014-11-07) IFLA Reference and Information Services SectionThe purpose of these guidelines is to promote digital reference best practices on an international basis.
