    Joy of Reading – Reaching Children in New Ways

    The Oulu City Library works together with maternity and child health clinics and early childhood education to welcome every family in Oulu to the public library. We support children's literacy and encourage families to read. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we had to create new ways to reach children and families. In this poster, we present our library's efforts that either began before the pandemic as new, permanent arrangements or were created during the pandemic in response to the changed circumstances.
