Abstract: 国际图联《图书馆情报学专业教育计划指南》为制定图书馆情报学教育计划提供了指导性框架,其中涵盖了图书馆情报学的关键基础知识领域和灵活的教育计划应具备的要素。本文件取代了2012年国际图联《图书馆情报学专业教育计划指南》,有助于提高本科、研究生或继续教育层面的图书馆情报学教育计划的质量,培养图书馆情报专业人员适应不断变化的全球信息环境。各地在规划和制定新的教育计划、或在评估现有计划时应参考本文件,以确保该计划符合当地质量标准和机构使命,同时符合相关的国际质量准则。本文件以公平性、多样性、包容性和可访问性原则为基础,适用对象包括图书馆情报学教育管理部门、学术人员、学生、从业人员、政府、专业机构以及其他涉及图书馆情报学专业知识和技能的相关者。
