dc.description.abstract | Manpower constraints and increased expectations by library users for speedy delivery of information and materials are typical present-day challenges faced by any library. In view of such challenges, National Library Board, Singapore conducted business process re-engineering to re-design traditional cataloguing operations. The poster will share the workflow of the re-designed cataloguing operations (such as "fast-lane cataloguing" and "cataloguing of titles on order"), as well as the use of the Robotic Process Automation (RPA). | en_US |
