dc.description.abstractThis paper describes the development of the marginalized population service of public libraries in Guangdong Province, China, in the past 30 years through methodologies of literature review, survey and case study. Basing on analyzing the current situation of various marginalized population service of public libraries in Guangdong Province, the paper puts forward the suggestions for the promotion of public library service for disabled groups, migrant workers and left-behind children and elderly community.en
