Abstract
The "IFLA Newsletter: Regional Section for Africa" was produced biannually by the Section and IFLA's Regional Office for Africa. From 1984 to 2007, the Regional Office for Africa was located in the Central Library of the Cheikh Anta Diop University, Dakar, Sénégal. Since 2007, the regional office has been housed within the University of South Africa (UNISA) in Pretoria, South Africa. This set includes: Vols. 1-19 (April 1983 - December 2000); missing 4-8, 16, 19; Vols. 20-56 (January 2001 - December 2019); missing issue 26; bookmarks in the PDF for each issue. NOTE: the IFLA Regional Section for Africa was established during the 1970s as part of the Division of Regional Activities and closed in 2021, after which the IFLA Sub-Saharan African Regional Division (SSARD) was launched.
