dc.description.abstract | In 2013, National Library Singapore undertook a nation-wide marketing campaign to promote information literacy awareness to Singaporeans. As the term “information literacy” was difficult for the man-on-the-street to grasp, the campaign was branded as S.U.R.E., which stands for Source, Understand, Research and Evaluate. This campaign covered numerous aspects, such as the provision of accessible IL resources; promotion on both traditional and social media channels as well as engagement and outreach efforts to students and teachers. | en |
