| Abstract: | Das IFLA-UNESCO Manifest für öffentliche Bibliotheken wurde 2022 überarbeitet und bildet eine wichtige Grundlage für die Lobbyarbeit der Bibliotheken. Zuletzt 1994 aktualisiert, nimmt die jetzige Fassung technologische und gesellschaftliche Entwicklungen auf und stellt so sicher, dass das Manifest weiterhin die Rahmenbedingungen und den Auftrag von öffentlichen Bibliotheken widerspiegelt. |
