School libraries should take the lead in promoting Information Literacy within the schools. Therefore, this project aims to produce an information literacy module as a guideline to conduct the Library Lessons. This poster explains the journey of the development process of the Information Literacy Module to support teaching and learning. A group of school librarians initiated this project, and it took about six months for the school librarians to research the modules suited with Primary and Secondary. At the initial stage, they interviewed subject teachers about the curriculum offered in their school. Also, the possibility for them to be in curriculum planning, resourcing, curation and assessment. The higher learning institutions expert reviewed the modules' content and acted as facilitators during the focus group with the subject teachers' workshop. As an outcome, they develop five main modules that come with an assessment for each module. After one year of the library lessons using this module and assisting students in completing their assessment during Library Lessons, school librarians got positive feedback from the subject teachers regarding the assessment completed during the timeline. The quality of the assessments contributes to the students' achievements.en_US
