Abstract: | This poster outlines the intercultural and professional benefits of international visiting scholar programs for library professionals through the lens of a large academic library located in the United States. The poster highlights a variety of visiting scholar program arrangements from formal, visa-sponsoring programs to informal ad-hoc programs and provides insights on administrative and organizational aspects of hosting such programs. |
