Abstract: | Established in 2012 by the Indiana State Library, the Indiana Library Leadership Academy, is a 12-month program designed to train the next generation of library leaders for the 21st Century. Participants receive coaching , training, networking opportunities, and are required to complete a capstone project using the skills they've acquired to solve problems and make a positive impact in the library world. |
