| Abstract: | 2011年8月19日に、IFLA運営理事会は、IFLAとその会員が、災害リスク削減に向けた図書館関連活動に携わる際及び紛争・危機・自然災害時において活用できるような、「関与の原則」を起草するための諮問委員会を立ち上げた。起草にあたっては、ハイチの復興活動におけるIFLAの関与や、IFLAが関わっている国際条約、協定類を参考にした。 |
