Abstract

Edited by Wilda Newman and Leda Bultrini, the Knowledge Management Special Issue focused on the role of Knowledge Management (KM) in innovating library services and supporting both organizations and communities fulfill their information needs. The seven articles cover KM in both academic and public library settings with studies that, showing how KM contributes to creative problem solving that enables libraries to adjust and expand their missions to meet contemporary challenges.
