| dc.description.abstract | Bağışlar, kütüphane koleksiyonu oluşturma etkinliklerinin önemli bir bileşenini temsil eder. Bu rehber, ister engelleyici önlemler alınarak isterse edilgen biçimde sağlanmış kütüphane koleksiyonlarına yönelik olarak yapılacakbağış ve yardımlaraodaklanmıştır. Bağış tekliflerini kütüphanenin bağış politikası ile uyumlu bir şekilde ele alıp değerlendirmek için kütüphanelerin açık bir işleyiş ortaya koyması gerekmektedir. Burehber, kütüphane personeline ve bağışta bulunanlara süreçlerle ilgili konularda açıklık kazandırarak, olası riskve engelleri azaltıp, kütüphane koleksiyonlarına kabul edilen materyallerin kullanımını güvence altına almayı sağlayacaktır. | en_US |
