Alentar a los bibliotecarios a utilizar la investigación en sus esfuerzos por la promoción de la alfabetización y la lectura. 2.) Animar a otras organizaciones a promover la alfabetización y la lectura y hacer uso de la investigación en dichas actividades. 3.) Estimular a los bibliotecarios y otras organizaciones a llevar a cabo la práctica y evaluación de la investigación. |
