Abstract
A paper and presentation at the "Strengthening Libraries' Emergency Preparedness and Response" Satellite Meeting, organised by the Preservation and Conservation Section and National Libraries Section. The Protection and Rescue Plan encompasses a comprehensive assessment of risks associated with various disasters, implementation of preventive measures, preparedness protocols, immediate response strategies, and post-disaster damage mitigation.
