Abstract
This is Number 1, Spring 2026, the first-ever issue of IFLA's North America Regional Division's (NARD) Newsletter, edited by committee member Kristina Grooms (Library of Congress, USA), of the NARD Communications Team. The newsletter includes: welcome, a report from NARD's advocacy session at the Ontario Library Association Superconference (January 2026); review of the joint NARD/FAIFE viewing of "The Librarians" (film); and profiles of half of the Committee members; along with relevant links and events.
