Abstract
Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) or start ups currently play an important role in the economic growth of African states. The orientation law 2008 29 of 28 July relating to the promotion and development of small and medium sized enterprises in Senegal, underlines that SMEs now concentrate 30% of jobs, 25% of turnover and 20% of added national value. A rate that even goes up to 70% in rural areas. We provide populations with documentation in management sciences that can positively impact project leaders in the conduct of their activities and their savings to reduce risks. This documentation is inclusive and comes in several forms: physical and online (CESAG’s library, Cairn info, Scholarvox.) We also have a reading club and and create writing workshops for our readers as our library is one of the best in Senegal. This approach seems to us to be in line with the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in points one (1) and ten (10) aim to eradicate poverty and reduce inequalities.
