dc.description.abstract	5-language (English, French, German, Russian, Spanish) brochure promoting the 68th IFLA General Conference and Council, which took place from 18-24 August 2002 at the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre (SECC) in Glasgow, Scotland. The Congress celebrated IFLA's 75th anniversary (1927-2002) under the theme of "Libraries for life: democracy, diversity, delivery". Over 4,300 participants attended, with 131 countries represented.
