Abstract
"During the Pre-Session Seminar, Nairobi 1984, the participants approved the Nairobi Manifesto 1984. Because it did not appear with the resolutions passed by the participants (see IFLA Journal 10(4): 400-403 (1984)), the [IFLA Journal] Editorial Committee agreed that it should be published along with the report of the Pre-Session."
