This poster outlines the changes to learning support services at the RMIT University Vietnam during the national COVID-19 lockdown in 2020 and 2021. The poster illustrates how the RMIT Vietnam Library adapted to the situation, serving the evolving needs of its community through the lens of digital culture. Digital culture is about the flexibly to adapt to the changes in the business environment, the use of technology effectively, and the delivery of sustainable solutions. We will provide examples of how the library responded to changes and implemented additional support services. Example 1: the library successfully transitions face-to-face research skill development workshops to an online environment. Advances in digital technology, changing of users’ digital behaviours requires library staff to upskill to connect and engage with stakeholders. Applying digital pedagogy, library staff employed flexible synchronous and asynchronous teaching methods to engage with students. Example 2: in collaboration with academic staff, eLearning interactive online tutorials were developed and embedded directly into the University’s Learning Management System (CANVAS). Users provided positive feedback about the library’s online services, with some users requesting more activities to foster peer-engagement.en_US
