dc.description.abstractMinutes of the 91st IFLA Governing Board meeting held from 5–8 December 2022 in The Hague. The Board reviewed updates to the Plan for Securing IFLA’s Future, approved revisions to the Rules of Procedure, and endorsed the appointment of an external member to the Finance and Risk Committee. Key decisions included initiating the recruitment process for a new Secretary General, approving the 2023 budget, endorsing the hybrid concept for WLIC 2023, and progressing the development of the IFLA Strategy 2025–2029. The Board also discussed governance policies, strategic directions, and committee reports.
