| dc.description.abstract | IFLA стога позива све библиотеке и информационе сервисе, као и све запослене у њима, да подрже и промовишу принципе интелектуалне слободе и да обезбеде неограничен приступ информацијама. Ову Декларацију припремили су стручњаци IFLA/FAIFE. Садржај Декларације одобрио је Управни одбор IFLA-е 27. марта 2002. године на састанку одржаном у Хагу. Декларација је гласањем усвојена на другом састанку Савета IFLA-e који је одржан 23. августа 2002. године у Глазгову, током одржавања годишње Конференције IFLA-e. | |
