Abstract
The 23rd session of the IFLA Council was held in Paris, France from 23–26 September 1957 at l'Institut d'Art et d'Archéologie. 87 delegates representing 34 member associations from 22 countries and four international organizations, as well as 20 members of the Performing Arts Libraries Section and 40 observers, participated in its work. This photo was reproduced in the 'Actes du Comité international des bibliothèques, v. XXII'.
