A has agreed a statement calling on Intergovernmental Organisations (IGOs) to make their research and data available to the public for free, and without unnecessary limitations on use. In doing this, they will not only boost transparency around their own decision-making, but support public debate and research and set a good example globally. IFLA’s statement underlines these points, and calls on Member States to ensure there is sufficient support for the proper dissemination of works.en_US
