| dc.description.abstract | The IFLA Audiovisual and Multimedia Section (AVMS) held its annual Mid-Year Meeting and international conference from June 10 to 13, 2025, in Berlin, Germany. Hosted primarily at the Berlin Central and Regional Library (Zentral- und Landesbibliothek Berlin, ZLB), the event brought together a diverse group of library professionals, audiovisual resources specialists, and researchers to discuss emerging trends, share knowledge, and advance ongoing projects in the field of audiovisual and multimedia librarianship. The meeting was held in person, with selected sessions made available via hybrid format to allow remote participation from international members. This hybrid approach enabled valuable contributions from both in-person and online attendees. | |
