dc.description.abstractMinutes of the 92nd IFLA Governing Board meeting held on 27 February 2023 via teleconference. The Board approved updates to the IFLA Handbook and the Code of Ethics and Conduct for Governing Board members, and endorsed principles for responding to conflict. Key decisions included extending the Secretary General’s contract to five years, approving the hybrid model for WLIC 2023, and setting election promotion guidelines. The Board also reviewed the Risk Register, revised the 2023 budget, and approved the formation of working groups for Parliamentarian appointment, honorary awards, and staff engagement.
