dc.description.abstractMinutes of the 90th IFLA Governing Board meeting held on 20 October 2022 via teleconference. The Board approved amended minutes from previous meetings, endorsed a statement on evidence for sustainable development, and adopted a new rule limiting the cumulation of positions within IFLA. Key decisions included approval of the 2023–2025 elections timeline and budget, a 4% increase in 2023 membership fees, and continued development of the Plan for Securing IFLA’s Future. The Board also reviewed updates on the SIGL partnership, the operational plan for 2023, and preparations for the December meeting. Discussions included governance reforms, IT support needs, and concerns regarding WLIC 2023 venue selection. An executive session followed.
